Experience and Responsibilities: 

  • Oversaw all inbound marketing programs and increased MQLs by 200%+ per quarter

  • Inbound marketing programs included: 3 product launches, 2 new website revamps, 21 webinars, 2 inbound marketing tech tools, 5 infographics and 7 ebooks

  • Implemented email newsletters, trigger-based emails, and promotional emails; increased subscriber list from 0 to 10k+ in one year

  • Worked closely with head of sales on handoff of leads to sales team, increasing conversion rates between stages of the sales cycle

  • Oversaw branding, internal/external communications, digital marketing investments, website, blog and thought leadership content

  • Developed integrated brand, communication and engagement strategies for effective customer acquisition, customer testimonials, case studies, referral programs, enablement and customer appreciation
